If you have a K1 device <a title=\"give it a shot\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.nvidia.demoteam.faceworks\" target=\"_blank\">give it a shot<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lucasmagder.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/faceworks.jpg\"><img src=\"http:\/\/lucasmagder.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/faceworks.jpg\" alt=\"FaceWorks\" width=\"900\" height=\"588\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-274\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Installs are pretty low still since you need an Android (sorry, no Jetsons) Tegra K1 device that supports OpenGL 4.4 non-ES and I think the only one out there so far is the XiaoMi MiPad. I hear China is apparently not so big on the Play Store.<\/p>\n<\/div><hr style=\"margin:10px 0\"><\/div><div class=\"add_posts_content\" style=\"clear:both;\"><h2 class=\"title\" style=\"clear: none;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/lucasmagder.com\/blog\/2013\/11\/digital-ira\/\">Digital Ira<\/a><\/h2><div class=\"post-content\" style=\"clear:both\";><p>fxguide just posted a pretty extensive article about the state of the art in face rendering: \"<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fxguide.com\/featured\/the-art-of-digital-faces-at-ict-from-digital-emily-to-digital-ira\/\">The Art of Digital Faces at ICT \u2013 Digital Emily to Digital Ira<\/a>\" and it has section about the NVIDIA Digital Ira\/FaceWorks project I worked on.<\/p>\n<p>We've actually made two different version of Digital Ira so far. The \"super-duper\" version that runs on a GTX Titan (which you can even download <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/coolstuff\/demos#!\/lifelike-human-face-rendering\">here <\/a>if you happen to own one):<\/p>\n<p><iframe class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5d1ZOYU4gpo?rel=0&amp;hd=1\" height=\"390\" width=\"640\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>If you scroll down you might notice that I also did part of the Dawn demo that get's skewered at the beginning. &lt;shrug&gt; New and pretty becomes old and busted pretty fast with this stuff. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>We also made a mobile version using the same data set, but with a simplified shading model. Mobile chips have come a long way since back in the day.
